Hi Prashanth,
I liked the first one among the two. Sorry to linger around, but still faded tree trunk and branches are not appealing to me. Is it not visible in the original too? How about adding some grain to the first image?

Thanks Madhav! To be honest I myself not convinced with this output. I think I have spoiled the entire image. I just tried to correct the processed image which is a complete disaster.
I think I need to process it from the scratch. I'll try to process the image again. I'll post only if I'm convinced. Thanks for your views.

If you print it on the canvas it will like the textured finish, personally I would go without such texture addition. Agree with Madhav on faded tree..

Actually I was bit confused on what the output should be. And its clearly visible in all the versions. I'll spend some more time with this image, may be then I can come up with a better version.
